Since just recently, decals (transfers) have been available on the market, which are produced based on the designs of the artist. These are fine pencil drawings in grey which can then be transferred onto the porcelain; a big help for beginners, but also for people who have set themselves the task of creating a big dinner service. The colours are therefore left to the fantasy of each painter.
